How can S Y Lee support our project team?

We provide individual engineering disciplines and coordinated multidisciplinary design. Our experience includes prime A/E consulting, existing-system assessments, construction documents, and construction administration. Share your scope so we can discuss the right role for our team.

Do you work in occupied facilities?

Yes. Our school modernization and transit projects include occupied campuses and active operations facilities. Existing-system evaluations and coordination with the project team help shape practical replacement and modernization plans.

How do you coordinate design documentation?

We prepare construction documents in Revit MEP and AutoCAD, with dedicated tools for load calculations, system modeling, and Title 24 analysis. In-house architectural and structural support helps align building systems with equipment loads and spatial requirements.

What should we include in a project inquiry?

Please include the project location, facility type, engineering scope, and anticipated schedule. For solicitations and teaming opportunities, include the solicitation number and response deadline. Reach our team at sangl@sylinc.com or 818.242.2800.
