Project overview.
Located in the northeastern foothills of La Cañada Flintridge, Paradise Canyon is a K–6 school in the La Cañada Unified School District. The $2.5 million project adds a multipurpose building of approximately 5,000 square feet.
S Y Lee Associates provided heating, ventilation, air conditioning and plumbing design. To avoid conflicts with overhead architectural and structural elements, the HVAC design distributes air through underground PVS-coated ductwork.
