Project overview.
The project combines 13,800 square feet of new construction with 27,440 square feet of renovation and modernization. Improvements address access, specialized equipment and learning spaces alongside long-standing maintenance needs.
A single-story classroom addition along the south side of campus shields the playground from neighboring townhouses while maintaining a residential scale at the campus edge.
