Project overview.
The Spanish-inspired community serves low-income adults aged 62 and older. It offers 59 one-bedroom apartments and 14 two-bedroom apartments close to public transportation, grocery stores, pharmacies, and restaurants.
An accessible layout brings together a large community room, fitness room, technology center, library, and gated parking. A ground-floor courtyard and second-story terrace provide outdoor gathering places.
