The Brand Apartments

Project overview.

The Brand brings apartments, ground-floor retail, and parking for residents and visitors to the heart of Glendale. Its architecture draws on local landmarks: a chevron-shaped arcade recalls the City Center arcade, while the three-part façade references the historic Security Trust & Savings Bank Building.

An open plaza connects the development to the surrounding boulevards. The residential amenities include a pool and recreation area, green roof, terrace, fitness facilities, and clubhouse, alongside a restaurant and first-floor shopping and dining. S Y Lee provided engineering designs for residential common areas, including the fitness and clubhouse spaces.
