Project overview.
The program combines 100 hotel guest rooms, 100 apartments, and ground-floor commercial space in the Glendale Junction/Lincoln Heights neighborhood. It was positioned as the first project approved under the Cornfield Arroyo Specific Plan.
Two above-grade concrete floors accommodate naturally ventilated parking, common areas, retail, and some residences. Amenities include a pool and spa deck, gym, recreation rooms, and a courtyard around which the hotel guest rooms are arranged.
