Project overview.
The master plan combines residential buildings, a hotel, and retail spaces in what was planned as the largest mixed-use development in Garden Grove’s history. The initial 180 apartments were complete, with later phases planned to bring the total to approximately 700 residences and add a 100-room hotel.
