Project overview.

The development comprises two residential buildings on a 2.68-acre site. A three-story apartment building measures 64,970 square feet. Each home has individual heating and cooling controls, distinct living, dining, sleeping, bathroom, and cooking areas, and a private patio or balcony.

An art gallery and plaza, art walk, artist studios, outdoor displays, computer arts lab, and dance studio support creative activity. Residents also have a fitness studio, library, homework room, clubhouse and plaza, bicycle parking, and a bicycle repair shop.

Shared facilities include a management office, public restrooms, an entry lounge, and a meeting room. Supportive services and arts classes encourage learning and interaction among residents.
