Crocker Apartments

Project overview.

The seven-story proposal extends between Crocker Street and Towne Avenue, beside an alley connecting the two streets. All homes are affordable, with 50% designated as permanent supportive housing. Ground-floor commercial space is intended to bring activity to the alley, while a V-shaped building creates two large open spaces accessible from the surrounding streets.

The plan includes a subterranean parking garage, California-native and drought-tolerant landscaping, and shared outdoor spaces with different levels of access. A planted arrival courtyard provides a welcoming setting for residents and visitors.
