Project overview.
The project expanded the park’s existing office building with additional offices and storage, bringing the total area to 1,121 square feet. The original single-story, wood-framed building was constructed in 1980 on a slab-on-grade foundation.
S Y Lee provided mechanical, electrical, and plumbing consulting from the feasibility study through schematic design, construction documents, and construction administration.
