Project overview.
The three-story wood-frame development includes 49 one-bedroom apartments, 27 two-bedroom apartments, and 25 fully furnished three-bedroom apartments. Built to LEED standards, the property incorporates solar panels.
A community room, office area, and art studio support resident activities. Full-time art staff offer lessons, while a playground and open spaces provide room for recreation and visitors.
