Project overview.
The HUD 202/LIHTC development provides one-bedroom apartments and shared facilities for older adults. The 55+ Housing Council SoCal selected Las Alturas as its 2012 SAGE “On the Boards” Project of the Year.
An elevator connects the ground-floor lobby and manager’s office to second-floor amenities: a community room with a full kitchen, library, crafts room, computer room, and social service coordinator’s office. The community room opens onto a large courtyard with a fountain and enclosed dog area. The ground-floor lobby also serves as a resident lounge.
