Project overview.
The 125-apartment development includes 68 family homes and 57 senior homes, with half of each group designated for people experiencing homelessness. S Y Lee served as mechanical, electrical, and plumbing design engineer for the new affordable housing project.
The engineering scope included a Type IA subterranean parking garage above a second subterranean level with R-2 accessory use, Title 24 compliance documentation, and electrical service capacity for additional equipment. The design targeted LEED Gold certification.
