Project overview.
S Y Lee’s principal led the assessment and design of building-system upgrades for this library tenant improvement. The work included a feasibility report, recommendations, lifecycle analysis, and construction documents.
Coordination with acoustical and fire protection consultants helped integrate the HVAC and plumbing improvements with the requirements of the library environment.
