The two- and three-story Type VA buildings sit above semi-subterranean parking. Shared amenities include a community room, tot lot, playground, waterfall, and outdoor barbecue area.
The project was registered with the U.S. Green Building Council with plans to pursue LEED certification. Its projected construction cost was $14.6 million.
