Project overview.
S Y Lee provided mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and civil engineering design for a building planned with one- and two-bedroom apartments and parking for 45 vehicles.
Known as Solari, the design combines stucco, wood panels, and metal cladding. Amenities include a central courtyard and rooftop deck. Ground-level townhomes address Silver Lake Boulevard; the project does not include ground-floor commercial space.
