Project overview.

Developed for Sun Air Aviation, the $6.5 million fixed-base operator facility uses sloping metal and glass walls, strut-supported canopies and curved rooftop equipment screens to express the speed and technology of flight within a pre-engineered building system.

Amenities include a luxury terminal, pilot center, crew lounge, multimedia conference rooms, quiet rooms with showers, a flight-planning room, gourmet kitchen and rental offices. Private garages, repair facilities, apron space, fueling facilities and vehicle parking support day-to-day aviation operations.
